Shipping costs
Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free. We do not ship to other countries.
Delivery time
We make every map after you order and ship it within 2-3 working days with PostNL. Delivery then takes 1-2 working days in the Netherlands, 1-2 working days in Belgium and 2-3 working days in Germany. So your parcel arrives within:
- the Netherlands: 3-5 working days
- Belgium: 3-5 working days
- Germany: 4-6 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time starts on the working day after you order and pay.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the PostNL tracking link.
Arrived damaged?
Email us at shop@dorpi.nl with a photo of the map and the box, and we will sort it out.
